Just like magic, our preschool room transforms over the weekend into Brighton’s best party space! You, your little one and your guests can enjoy an exclusive 2-hour hire of the WRAP Play space, including the play frame, for up to 35 children on either a Saturday ora Sunday.

Our party plans are designed to be straightforward and easy. Our party planner will work with you to arrange everything you might need from catering to party bags.

You are welcome to come for a tour of the space. Please note that tours can only be requested in advance by emailing party@wrap.space as we are not able to accept walk-ins.

  • Party bookings are available on the following days/times:

    Weekends

    10:00 - 12:00 and 1:30pm - 3:30pm

    The space can host up to 35 children plus accompanying adults.

  • Exclusive hire of the cafe and playframe: £290

    Extra room hire: £180

    Please note the cafe space can accommodate a maximum of 25 children around party tables.

  • We know how stressful party planning can be so let us take care of everything. Party bags and catering are available to book. For prices and additional options scroll down to the info below and add your extras when you book!

  • When can we arrive to set up? 30 minutes before the party

    Do you decorate the room? No, there are additional toys available when the extra space is booked, but no party decoration

    Do you serve alcohol? No, but you are welcome to bring your own - corkage fee £42

    Does the hire fee include food ? No, the £290 hire fee does NOT include food, is the price for the cafe space and play frame

    Do we need to clean up after the party? No, we will take care of that!

    Can we bring an entertainer? Yes

    Can we play music? Yes, you could either use our Sonos account and choose your playlist or connect to our speaker

    I’m a WRAP Nursery Parent/Member, do I get a discount? Yes! If you are a WRAP Nursery Parent/Member you get 10% off your room hire cost.

    How many kids can you seat? Up to 25 children on child sized seats and party table!

    Does the maximum number include adults? No , but for more than 20 kids is best to have the event room added as there may not be enough space considering the adults

    Can we bring our own cake? Absolutely yes

    What about allergens and alternative diets? We do cater for all allergies, but if you are inviting a child with multiple severe allergies they can bring their own food ONLY for that specific child

    Do we need to bring disposable plates/cups? No, we provide all the plates, cutlery and cups so we would encourage you not bringing single use items.

    Is there an age limit?

    Our party space is perfect for children 0-5 y/o. Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate birthday parties for older kids.

Extra special touches

Wondering about set-up, catering and capacity? Download our party pack!

Set-up: We have crockery, cutlery and glassware on site. Meaning that you can come along on the day with everything set up, ready for your party. If you would like to add further decoration, this is also welcome. Please arrive no earlier than 30 min before your party slot if you need to set up.

Toys for the room: We have a softplay and climbing shapes, as well as other toys that are perfect for smaller children (2’s and under). These are provided complimentary with the booking.

Party Bags

  • All our bags are filled with fun gifts, with sustainability in mind as much as possible. Party Bags will include an assortment of the following:

    • Paper Animal Mask

    • Bubble Blower or Kazoo

    • Colouring book and a set of crayons

    • Wooden animal stamp and ink pad

    • Wooden spin toy

    The Party Bags won’t be sealed, you are welcome to add any extra bits to personalise them to your little one’s party!

Catering

  • We can provide catering for a range of needs, as well as food for the grownups. We offer small ‘picky plates’ or a selection of sharing platters of waffles. See our party pack for more details

    Picky Plates: £8.80 per child

    Adult catering: £8.80 per head

    2l of filtered Pelicano Coffee for £18 or £35 for unlimited refills

Corkage/Foodage

  • Corkage

    You are welcome to bring your own alcoholic drinks, subject to a corkage fee. This fee includes use of our drinkware, including wine glasses and prosecco flutes. Alcohol must be kept in the main cafe area.

    Foodage

    You are now welcome to bring your own food so you can have exactly what you want! We charge a foodage fee which includes use of our crockery, cutlery and cleaning.

  • Corkage: £42 for a party with up to 20 children / parents

    £1 extra for each additional child/parent

    Foodage: £42 for a party with up to 20 children

    £1 extra for any additional child/adult

    “Celebrated my little one’s 4th birthday in this brilliant venue. The staff from the taking enquiries to host the birthday party were very friendly, helpful and super flexible. The food served with waffles as a main course was great and kids loved it. Bear in mind to allow time for decoration. Honestly it didn’t need much but enough to make the place look festive. Amazing sound system for background music. Atmosphere was playful and relax, and parents were happily socialising. A part for the party jitter, organising their birthday was stress free. For ££ you have a venue, staff, food, party bags choice of entertainers. Overall in inexpensive, still the best money I ever spent!”

    “Such an amazing place - we held our 2 year olds birthday party there, it’s the perfect size venue for children to play without parents having to worry as it’s a contained size and you get the whole place as a private hire. We had 2-7 year olds age range and everyone enjoyed it and said how excellent it was. The catering was great especially for the adults it wasn’t your typical party food we had lovely bread topped with salmon / chorizo, and you can do BYOB for some mimosas! They also organised party bags for the children which were great.

    Couldn’t recommend this venue enough!”
